Terms of Service
Welcome to my Terms of Service page! I know legal pages like this can sometimes feel boring, but I’ll try to keep things as clear and friendly as possible. By using this website or doing business with me, you’re agreeing to the terms below – so it’s good to take a moment to know what you’re signing up for.
This website offers digital services such as SSL certificates from trusted brands like DigiCert, GeoTrust, Thawte, Sectigo, Comodo, and RapidSSL. I’m an official reseller through TheSSLStore.com, which means every certificate you purchase from me is 100% legitimate and backed by the original provider. I don’t create fake deals or shady shortcuts – everything is handled professionally and securely.
In addition to SSL products, I also provide custom web design and SEO services for businesses, bloggers, and anyone who wants to build or grow their online presence. Whether you’re here to secure your website, improve your ranking, or get a brand-new site built, I’m here to help with a personal and down-to-earth approach.
By using this website or purchasing any of my services, you agree to communicate honestly, provide accurate information, and use my services responsibly. I promise to do the same on my end – delivering what I’ve promised, offering support when needed, and respecting your time and privacy.
If anything in these terms seems unclear, feel free to contact me before proceeding.
Use of This Website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to use it in a lawful and respectful manner. You’re welcome to browse, read, and make use of the information provided here – but please don’t misuse any content, copy material without permission, or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the site. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into building this platform, so I appreciate your cooperation in keeping it safe and fair for everyone.
Any purchases or service requests made through this site — whether it’s for SSL certificates, web design, or SEO services – should be submitted with accurate and honest information. This includes providing valid contact details, correct domain ownership when ordering SSL certificates, and clear instructions for design or SEO projects. Faulty or misleading information can delay or cancel your order.
You’re not allowed to use this website or any service obtained from it for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes. For example, I do not provide SSL certificates or web services for phishing, spam campaigns, fraudulent websites, or anything that violates international online safety standards. If I suspect misuse, I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service without refund.
While I always strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, I can’t guarantee that every piece of content on this site is 100% error-free. Products, pricing, or availability may change from time to time. If something seems unclear or inconsistent, you’re encouraged to reach out before making a decision – I’m always happy to clarify.
Lastly, your use of this site is at your own discretion. I do my best to ensure smooth access and secure browsing, but I’m not responsible for any issues caused by external factors such as internet failures, browser incompatibility, third-party scripts, or cyberattacks beyond my control. If something doesn’t work as expected, just let me know and I’ll do my best to help.
Product and Service Terms
When you purchase an SSL certificate through this website, you understand that I act as a reseller in partnership with TheSSLStore.com. All SSL products are issued and validated directly by the original Certificate Authority (CA), such as DigiCert, GeoTrust, Thawte, Sectigo, Comodo, or RapidSSL. This means certain steps – like domain validation or paperwork for higher-level certificates – are handled by the CA and may require your cooperation before the certificate can be issued.
Once an SSL certificate has been issued, it is considered delivered and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the provider’s refund policy. If you accidentally choose the wrong certificate or realize you no longer need it, please contact me immediately before activation or installation – I’ll do my best to help as long as the certificate hasn’t been fully processed.
For web design and SEO services, all project details, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed upfront before any work begins. I aim for full transparency so there’s no confusion during the development process. Revisions are allowed within reasonable limits, but excessive or last-minute changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
You are responsible for providing all necessary materials – such as content, images, or access credentials – required to complete your project. Delays in providing this information may affect the delivery timeline. I can assist with content writing or asset sourcing if needed, but those services should be requested separately.
I reserve the right to decline projects or SSL orders that involve illegal, harmful, or unethical activities. This includes websites promoting hate, violence, fraud, or copyright infringement. Respectable clients only – let’s build something good together!
Payment and Refund Policy
All payments for SSL certificates, web design, or SEO services must be made in full unless we’ve agreed on a milestone or installment structure beforehand. I accept payments through the methods listed during checkout or via direct invoice if we’re working on a custom project. Work will only begin, or SSL orders will only be processed, after payment is confirmed.
For SSL certificates, refunds are generally only possible before the certificate is issued or activated. Once the Certificate Authority (CA) has validated and delivered the SSL, it becomes non-refundable – this is a global industry standard, not just my policy. If you made an accidental purchase, please notify me immediately so I can check if it’s still eligible for cancellation.
For web design and SEO services, refunds are not issued for work that has already been started or completed. However, if for any reason I am unable to deliver what was agreed upon, I will either issue a partial refund or offer alternative solutions to make things right. I value fairness and clear communication above all.
In cases where a service is paused or delayed due to lack of response or missing input from your side, the payment will be held but not refunded. You can resume the project at any time as long as it’s within a reasonable window – just contact me to pick things back up.
If you ever feel unsure about a purchase, please reach out before making a payment. I’d rather answer your questions than deal with confusion later. Transparency first, always.
Privacy and Data Handling
Your privacy matters to me, and I do my best to keep your information safe and only use it when necessary. When you contact me or place an order through this website, I may collect details such as your name, email address, domain information, or business details – but only for the purpose of processing your request or staying in touch regarding your service.
I don’t sell, trade, or rent your personal data to anyone. However, in the case of SSL certificate purchases, certain information must be shared with the Certificate Authority (CA) – such as your domain ownership or company details – strictly for validation and issuance purposes. This is a standard requirement in the SSL industry and cannot be skipped.
For web design or SEO projects, any access you provide (like login credentials or sensitive assets) will be treated confidentially and used only for the work you hired me to do. Once the project is complete, I recommend updating your passwords or access keys for your own peace of mind, even if I no longer use them.
This website may use basic analytics or cookies to understand traffic and improve performance. These tools don’t identify you personally but help me see how the site is being used. If you’re not comfortable with that, you’re free to disable cookies in your browser.
If at any point you want your data removed from my system, just reach out and I’ll do my best to honor your request — unless I’m legally required to keep a transaction record. I believe privacy shouldn’t be mysterious or complicated, so feel free to ask if anything here sounds unclear.
Limitation of Liability
While I always do my best to provide reliable services and secure SSL solutions, I cannot guarantee that everything will be perfect 100% of the time. Technical issues, server outages, third-party disruptions, or internet-related problems can happen – and many of these things are outside of my control. Because of that, I am not responsible for any losses, damages, or downtime that may occur as a result of using my website or services.
When purchasing an SSL certificate, you understand that the security and warranty coverage are provided directly by the Certificate Authority (CA) – such as DigiCert, GeoTrust, or Sectigo – and not by me personally. If there’s ever an issue related to the certificate itself, I will help communicate with the provider, but I cannot be held liable for any failures or claims related to their product.
For web design and SEO projects, I’ll follow best practices and use proven strategies – but I cannot promise specific rankings, traffic increases, or business results. Search engines change constantly, and user behavior is unpredictable. My job is to build and optimize – the outcome depends on many external factors beyond my control.
You agree that by using this website or purchasing any service from me, you do so at your own discretion. If you rely on any advice, suggestions, or tools provided here, you accept full responsibility for how you choose to use them. I share knowledge to help, not to provide legal or financial guarantees.
Termination of Service
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website or any ongoing service if I believe there’s misuse, violation of these terms, or any behavior that could harm the website, my business, or other users. This includes – but isn’t limited to – dishonesty during the service process, abusive communication, hosting illegal content, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
For SSL certificates, termination may occur if the Certificate Authority (CA) flags your domain or identity as fraudulent or non-compliant with industry validation rules. In such cases, I must follow their decision, and I cannot override or force approval. If termination happens before activation, I’ll help check if a refund is still possible according to the provider’s policy.

Likewise, you are free to request cancellation of a service at any time – as long as it hasn’t been fully completed. I’m always open to discussing a fair solution, whether that’s stopping early, adjusting the scope, or switching to something else. Mutual respect is the goal.
If termination occurs for any reason, both parties agree to stop using each other’s materials, credentials, or access unless otherwise stated in writing. No drama – just clear closure.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in my services, legal requirements, or how I operate this website. I won’t always make a big announcement, so it’s a good idea to revisit this page every now and then – especially if you’re actively using my services.
If a major change affects existing customers or ongoing projects, I’ll do my best to notify you directly via email or through our usual communication channel. I believe in transparency, and I won’t secretly slip in rules that impact you without warning.
By continuing to use this website or working with me after updates are posted, you agree to follow the revised terms. If at any point you disagree with the changes, you’re welcome to stop using the site or request clarification before moving forward.
I try to keep things fair, reasonable, and human – not overly legalistic. If something in these terms ever feels confusing or concerning, please ask. I’d rather explain it in plain English than leave you guessing.
Final Agreement Statement
By using this website or purchasing any service from me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. You agree to follow them respectfully and in good faith, just as I promise to serve you with honesty, professionalism, and transparency.
These terms aren’t meant to be intimidating – they’re simply here to make sure we’re both on the same page before working together. I believe good business starts with clarity, trust, and mutual respect, and I hope these terms reflect that.
If there’s anything you’re unsure about, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d much rather clear things up at the beginning than deal with confusion later on. Open communication is always welcome here.
Thank you for taking the time to read through this. Whether you’re here to secure your website, build a new project, or just explore – I appreciate your presence and look forward to working with you.
Let’s keep things simple, fair, and productive. 🚀
